Not as nice as my original, I phoned up but you weren’t very accommodating so I’ve kept it but the finish isn’t as classy as my original and I paid more for the new one.

Love this product! Beautifully crafted and made to order. Kept us informed as the item was crafted to set delivery expectations. Very impressed will look at other products in the future.

Lovely product and excellent customer service.

Pleased with the document folder overall but if I have to be picky, there is an indent mark in the front on the folder, where something sharp must have pressed into the leather.
The recipient was happy with the present but if it had been for myself, I would have contacted you about it.
