Wrong leather

I was very disappointed to receive a red leather bag, not a brown leather bag given the length of time it took to make it. This was not St Fredericks fault As it company it was the manufacturer that produced it incorrectly., However, it is concerning that they would make such a dramatic change. I have had to return the bag.
