The product arrived in time and was well packaged.

Really pleased with this backpack. Superb quality workmanship, leather and hardware. Not a huge amount of space for bulky items but perfect for work purposes. The leather is thick and was quite stiff at first but I've had it for over 6 months now and it has become much more flexible with use. The straps don't slip making it very comfortable on the back and the integrated shoulder strap is a great feature. You can tell it will age beautifully and has the quality (or better) of much more expensive bags.

Came quickly and service really good

This bag is exceptionally well made and really better than pictured online.
The reason for 4 stars is that it arrived slightly damaged. Their poor packaging has let them down and subsequent customer service needed me to post back and wait for reimbursement.
I love the bag and decided to just keep it as it will inevitably end up marked anyway.
But they should reconsider their packaging so things arrive perfect. Then customers will get the wow factor their product definitely deserves.

Good value for money and as advertised.
